Introduction
To create new kinds of products is our object and mission.
We have employed the most advanced state-of-the-art
and fully computerized machinery, devoting enormous
manpower and source to evolve Super Thin & Miniature
Meshes focusing on the special applications. We have
high end technology and equipment to manufacture the
best quality products, which enable us to fumish customized
service to meet almost all customers' demands on time
and budget .
In addition to good merits we've been gaining on the
scope of expanded Metal technology. We have done successfully
on non metallic lath products as well. For example,
we have non-metallic laths made from lead, zinc, copper,
silver, titanium and paper. Moreover, we have cooperated
with relative makers in both domestic and overseas to
develop compound materials, supplied as integral parts
for manufacturing high tech products such as tennis
racket, badminton racket, golf club, shoes sole, zinc-air
battery, lead-water battery, shells for cellular phone
and computer etc.(Fig I.~Fig5.)
Uses
Standard type and mosaic brick type products are particularly
suitable for battery and screen applications as shown
in Fig.2 &3.Mosaic brick type is designed as efficient
conducting substance for making high-energy density
and long life battery. We are able to supply customized
products at any kind of thickness as customers' solutions.
Wing
Type
We also develop the wing type expanded metal lath, The
wing type is of no meshes on wings. It's the kind of
product to be produced by the order of customer's demand
on the size of wings and meshes. Owing to sturdy joints
on wing, it is capable to be easily welded and shaped
to meet customer's application on design. Please refer
Figure 1 mesh actual size figures(Fig.1).
Please refer figure 3-4 for wing type Products. With
wing folded, thickness doubled, selvage edge, and designed
to enhance long way strength is easy to be jointed by
machine or welding. The edge will come out in leveling
after jointed by machine or welding. As so illustrated
in figure 5, solid intersperse is designed for having
sturdy mesh. This kind of technique makes the complement
of mesh so sturdy the when jointing need only welding
along solid intersperse.
